After a two-year absence, the Baltic Lutheran Pastoral Theological Conference resumed this year in Palanga, Lithuania. Speakers and attendees came from partner churches in Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Russia and The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod.

Rev. Oleg Sevastyanov is a missionary pastor from the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Ingria in Russia to the country of Estonia. He is also a former Russian film actor. He recently published his first book, a collection of spiritual reflections, prayers and musings about life.
