Rev. Tony Booker, missionary serving in Prague, Czech Republic, and the Interim Regional Director of LCMS Eurasia, recently gave two radio interviews about mission work in Eurasia. Read this post to find the links and hear more about what is going on in this region!
Tomorrow, October 31, 2013, is the 496th anniversary of the day when Martin Luther nailed his 95 Theses to the door of the Town Church in Wittenberg. We celebrate this because God used his servant, Martin Luther, to place the Gospel of Jesus Christ back into the center of belief and practice. Today, the Eurasia Region celebrates Reformation Day a day early with a reflection on Luther’s hymn, “A Mighty Fortress is Our God.”
At the end of September, we asked for your prayers for the GEOs of our region as they were preparing to gather for a time of further training, prayer, worship and encouragement. You can read here about how the weekend went!
