GEO Missionary Melissa Karges was one of eight leaders from her school who spent a weekend at a Lutheran religion camp with 14 high school students. The leaders presented devotions, discussion groups, games, and activities.
Sándor Péterfy Lutheran Educational Center in Győr, Hungary, celebrated the 20th anniversary since its post-Communism reopening in 1992. LCMS GEO missionary Sarah Berta-Somogyi has been a teacher there for almost four years.
The short version of Luther’s Small Catechism has been translated into Georgian and the Kyrgyz language through projects between the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod and local partners. Thank you to everyone who supported these projects!
